Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Setup

Connect the power cord to the machine and plug it into an outlet. Then attach the pressure gauge to the upstream air hole, and connect the blood pressure monitor to be measured to the computer with a USB cable.

  1. Launch the testing tools

Open the desktop test tool, select the port, the baud rate is 19200, and click the “Connect” button.

 

  1. Calibration process

Low-Range Calibration (100mmHg)

After connecting the test tool, place the analog arm in the sleeve position.

Click “Calibrate 100mmHg” to do low gear calibration. After the 10s are stable, enter the actual pressure value in the pressure gauge and click the “Calibrate” button. After the calibration is successful, the relative difference between the main pressure value, the side pressure value, and the pressure value of the pressure gauge should be ≤3mmHg.

Middle-Range Calibration (150mmHg)

Click “Calibrate 150mmHg” to do middle-range calibration. After the 10s are stable, enter the actual pressure value in the pressure gauge and click the “Calibrate” button. After the calibration is successful, the relative difference between the main pressure value, the side pressure value, and the pressure value of the pressure gauge should be ≤3mmHg, as shown in the figure.

 

High-Range Calibration (250mmHg)

Click “Calibrate 250mmHg” to do high-range calibration. After the 10s are stable, enter the actual pressure value in the pressure gauge and click the “Calibrate” button. After the calibration is successful, the relative difference between the main pressure value, the side pressure value, and the pressure value of the pressure gauge should be ≤3mmHg, as shown in the figure.

 

  1. Final calibration

Once all calibrations are completed, click the “Disconnect” button.
